Purpose

Decisions built around a clear objective.

Expooya helps exhibition stakeholders define why they are participating, organising or delivering a service; who they need to reach; what the assignment genuinely requires; and how available resources can support stronger, more relevant outcomes.

The work can support exhibitors, exhibition organisers, national and group pavilions, exhibition agents, contractors and exhibition service providers, as well as hospitality, accommodation and logistics providers.

Planning scope

What the process may address.

  • Defining the objective of participation, organisation or service delivery.
  • Identifying target markets and audience groups.
  • Evaluating and selecting an appropriate exhibition.
  • Preparing alternative budget frameworks.
  • Defining minimum, appropriate and maximum spatial requirements.
  • Planning necessary services, equipment and operational resources.
  • Avoiding expenditure that does not support the stated objective.
  • Planning activity before, during and after the exhibition.
  • Lead follow-up, feedback evaluation, learning and future preparation.

Pavilions

Planning for national and group participation.

For national and group pavilions, the work may also cover spatial composition, member services, hospitality, operational arrangements, representation objectives and the effective allocation of the available budget across one or more exhibitions.

Recommendations are developed from accurate and sufficient information provided by the relevant stakeholders and are proportionate to the specific assignment.

Timing

Support at the relevant stage.

Expooya may enter at an early planning stage, during preparation or delivery, or after an exhibition where follow-up, evaluation or improvement planning is required.

Statutory engineering, structural calculations, fire protection, safety approvals and other regulated technical responsibilities remain with appropriately qualified specialists, contractors, organisers, venues and competent authorities. Expooya may support coordination and documentation but does not replace legally responsible specialists.
