Our foundation
Built from more than one viewpoint.
Expooya GmbH was established in Austria in 2018. Its professional foundation draws on more than two decades of experience across exhibiting, exhibition organisation and operations, international commercial activity, information technology and exhibition-related automation.
This breadth matters because an exhibition is never only a physical space, a schedule or a digital tool. It is a connected environment in which commercial objectives, audiences, design decisions, information, suppliers and live operations influence one another.

Expooya’s role is shaped around the actual scope. An assignment may focus on one defined challenge or connect several capabilities across planning, design, coordination, operations and improvement.
Where additional disciplines are required, Expooya can work with project-specific collaborators and coordinate with the client’s appointed contractors, venues, engineers, suppliers and qualified specialists. Responsibilities, interfaces, decisions and outputs should remain clear throughout.
Physical construction, statutory engineering, approvals and other regulated responsibilities remain with the relevant appointed contractors, qualified specialists, organisers, venues and competent authorities.
